Equipping Youth for a Digital Future
As the world becomes more digital, the future has endless possibilities. We equip young people with the digital skills they need to thrive in this changing landscape, helping them to secure high-demand jobs and launch entrepreneurial ventures.

Our Program

Tech Talent Program
This program identifies young individuals interested in a career in technology. We guide them from being complete novices to becoming entry-level tech professionals through a structured learning path. Upon completion, we assist them in securing entry-level jobs or internships to kick-start their careers.
Startup Accelerator Program
For young entrepreneurs with business ideas that could benefit from technology, this program provides hands-on support to accelerate growth. We help those with prototypes refine their product-market fit and build capacity to attract funding. For those still in the idea phase, we support the development of their concepts through the testing phase.

SAIL Teachers Fellowship Program
This program is designed for school teachers, introducing them to inquiry-based learning and technology integration in the classroom. This program aims to equip educators with new skills to enhance teaching methods and improve learning outcomes.
STEM Program
Our STEM program offers an embedded system fellowship for senior secondary school students to introduce them to physical computing using Arduino, an open-source electronic prototyping platform. This program is designed for students aged 11 to 18, including those in public schools, gap years, and weekend students.
